Changing facts need a primary source, a verification date and a review date. We distinguish facts from interpretation and show unknown information explicitly. An operator’s statement supports its own published offering; it does not prove an independent quality judgment.

Experience and authorship

Research-based coverage is labelled. A firsthand claim requires a named contributor and documented experience of the subject. We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, quotations or sailing experiences. AI assists research organization, drafting, coding and editing; it is not a factual source. An accountable editor approves release.

Updates and corrections

Prices and policies are checked more frequently than stable references. We do not refresh dates without a substantive check. Material corrections identify the changed claim and its evidence. Report an error.

Commercial independence

Payment does not buy a ranking or a factual change. Ads and sponsored placements are labelled. Partners may flag factual mistakes but cannot silently alter our conclusions. Read the disclosure policy.
