Planning tools
Calculator entries are processed in your browser. Save on this device stores the plan in local storage until you delete it or clear browser data. A share link contains the plan in its URL fragment; anyone with the link can read it. Do not include personal names or booking references. We do not send quote amounts to analytics.
Optional analytics
When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. Events record page paths and coarse interactions such as completed calculations, result counts and commercial link identifiers. We do not intentionally send emails, raw search terms, quote values or shared-plan fragments. Google processes technical information when analytics is enabled. We configure a two-month analytics event-data retention period. .
Rejecting optional analytics keeps the planning tools available. Your choice is stored locally. Withdrawal prevents new site events and removes the site’s accessible analytics cookies; it does not undo data already processed.
Newsletter
When signup is active, Brevo processes your email, consent time, consent text version and signup source to send a confirmation message and the newsletter you request. You must confirm before subscription. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the form to prevent abuse. Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter; a suppression record may remain to respect your choice. Request access, correction or deletion through our contact address.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers the website and processes connection information needed for delivery and abuse protection. Provider processing may occur internationally under the provider’s applicable safeguards. We use service providers for delivery, security and optional measurement, not to sell your contact list.
Commercial destinations
Following a booking or affiliate link takes you to another provider with its own privacy and cookie policies. When enabled, network ads follow the configured certified consent platform and US opt-out signals. We request nonpersonalized ads and suppress them when Global Privacy Control is present. The ad placement includes privacy choices and an optional device-level off switch stored as lc-ads-off; you can enable ads there again, subject to consent. Ads remain disabled until the required provider and privacy settings are connected. We do not accept bookings or payment details.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights through our contact route. For UK concerns you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not knowingly solicit children’s newsletter subscriptions.
